at Chennai, India representing leading sugar mills in Brazil. You are
aware that the sugar industry is on an ever-changing mode and the
availability across the south-east Asian countries is adversely
affected due to poor crops, last year. Our partners in Brazil are
totally committed to delivering high quality sugar (ICUMSA 45) on a
continuing basis at very competitive prices to long term customers in
the region.

We are already associated with major FMCG companies and chocolate
manufacturers in China and Malaysia for supply of sugar. It is also
crucial to mention here that there is a well-oiled process in place in
terms of prospecting, negotiating and shipping of sugar under our
agency to customers in the region.

The highlight of this proposal is that there are concrete arrangements
for delivery of sugar within 10 days from the date of establishing a
confirmed irrevocable letter of credit on the supplier. This service
emerges out of our ability in terms of warehousing, supply chain
management, and unmatched service
thereby ensuring that the goods reach your premises in sound
condition. This will be an additional service post clearance of the
consignment at your request and based on your requirement.

The economies of scale, however, permits us to accept orders of only
12,500 MT and above under a single order/shipment.
